What does Duftons actually offer?

Answer: Quality products at competitive prices and great service. 
 

Where are your branches and showrooms located?

Answer: We currently have branches located in Leeds, Beeston, Wakefield, Castleford, Huddersfield and Halifax.
 

What are your hours of operation?

Answer: 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 12pm Saturday.
 

Do you do home deliveries?

Answer: Yes, free of charge deliveries in locality.
 

Do I need to book an appointment to visit a showroom?

Answer: No, you can visit any of our showrooms during our opening hours without appointments.
 

Do you offer an installation service for the products you supply?

Answer: No we don't.
 

Do you have a wide range of styles and cabinets to choose from?

Answer: Yes, some of which are displayed in our trade counters - we don't have showrooms for furniture as such.
 

Do I have to design the bathroom or kitchen myself?

Answer: We currently only have a cad service for kitchens.
 

How do I request to receive a quote?

Answer: You can request a quote by phone or by visiting our branches. 
 

How does your returns policy work?

Answer: It depends on the items - if they are stock items and are returned in A1 condition we give full credit. If they are specials then we may need to pass on a re-stocking. If items have been opened the unfortunately we cannot accept them back. 
 

How do I open an account with you?

Answer: You will need an account form - this can be downloaded on our website by clicking on the 'Account' tab.
 

Do Duftons products come with a guarantee?

Answer: All products have the relevant manufacturers guarantees.
